What can our multipurpose space be used for?
This versatile venue can be rented for a full day (or several days) for a variety of activities, such as:
- Workshops and training classes, with chairs/tables arranged as needed.
- Intensive workshops or boot camps lasting one or several days. Ideal for startups, organizations, or freelancers who need a central, fully equipped location.
- Physical retail pop-ups or temporary showrooms, taking advantage of the fact that it is a commercial space at street level with large windows.
- Recordings and shoots: photo shoots, video shoots, recording commercials or content for social media, in a modern setting.
- Presentations and talks: launch your product, organize an intimate conference, hold book presentations or corporate meetings in a comfortable and private space.
(Activities with amplified music such as concerts/parties, or events involving cooking, are not permitted, in order to comply with regulations and respect the neighbors).

- A spacious open-plan room with 7-meter-high ceilings, industrial style, wide walls, a large window, and adjustable lighting. You can arrange the space to your liking (capacity varies depending on the layout, approximately up to 50 people for a conference).
- Climate control (air renewal, air conditioning, and heating) to ensure comfort at any time of year.
- Audiovisual equipment available upon request: projector, speakers, microphones, and whiteboards.
- Modular furniture: chairs, desks, and stools that can be moved or removed.
- Connectivity: multiple double redundancy high-speed internet lines.
- Logistical support: our team will help you with the pre-configuration of the room and will be available during the event.
- Coffee and catering service (on request). We have agreements with different companies in the area to offer breakfasts, snacks, and personalized meals.
The location is a major plus: being in the center of Malaga, your attendees can easily get there by public transportation, on foot, or by parking in nearby parking lots. During breaks, they will have the option of visiting the restaurants and shops in the Plaza de la Merced, Calle Granda, and surrounding areas.
